Be.Fake.

Be. Fake. That's what is gonna take you ahead in life. 

I am sure you must have encountered fake people, who show fake 'care', fake 'friendship', fake 'love' and of course there are others as well, who shower you with so much 'real' love that you feel like one of the luckiest souls alive. 

To be honest, realism will lead you nowhere. Unless you give out a fake smile, nobody is gonna look at you. Unless you pretend to be the best person ever born on earth, nobody is gonna be 'friends' with you. Unless you put up fake make- up on your face, nobody is gonna hang out with you. So, be fake or stay lonely. The choice is yours to make. 

Everytime you'll think that you have finally found your 'friends' and that they are the best thing that's ever happened to you, believe me, things are bound to go downhill. You trust them, they 'fake' trust you back, and then... 

Oh sorry... Where was I? Yes... 

Unless you are fake enough, you will always remain lonely. There will obviously be some people in your life who will always stay by your side no matter what happens to you, and you don't have to pretend in front of them. 

However, once your crisis is over, remember to return back to being fake. 

One thing's clear: Love few and trust few, or else you'll end up losing yourself. But, if you really want to look popular, go ahead, be fake, spend money - that's all that you'll need.
